Believe it or not, Dieselpunks is run by one person, Tome Wilson.
Tome has a day job, and pays for Dieselpunks completely out of pocket.

You can help keep Dieselpunks alive!  Our server costs about $60 a month and Tome makes absolutely no money from keeping this site online (quite the opposite actually).  

Tome created Dieselpunks in 2009 as an inspiration for artists and a meeting place for our growing community, and as you can see, there's no advertisements and no corporate junk cluttering this site; it's 100% dieselpunk created by dieselpunks for dieselpunks.  Our biggest supporters are Agence Louisiane (the publishers of Diesel City), Patti Smith (the godmother of punk rock), and the members of VNV Nation.
