PulpFest 2010

H. P. Lovecraft first introduced what has become known as "The Cthulhu Mythos" in the pages of a pulp magazine entitled WEIRD TALES. Since then, the Mythos has been further developed not only through pulp fiction stories, but in books, movies, comics, television, and other forms of popular culture. One of the most important of these formats has been the role playing game. Despite the evolution of Lovecraft's Mythos, its roots remain firmly grounded in the pulps of the early 20th century.

PulpFest 2010 continues the proud tradition of a summer pulp con, now in its 39th year. A new and improved version of the venerable convention for fans and collectors of vintage popular fiction and related material returns to Columbus, Ohio in 2010. Following the resounding success of the inaugural PulpFest, the 2010 con will be bigger and better. Sellers of pulp magazines, digests, vintage paperbacks, and other paper collectibles will find a larger dealers’ room while those members partaking of the evening presentations will be able to enjoy an expanded programming area. Once again, the convention will be advertised and promoted extensively to capture the attention of new hobbyists as well as veteran attendees.
