Ever wondered what Electro-House and Swing would look together?

Straight from wikipedia:

Electro Swing is a relatively new term that has been coined to describe a type of music that blends many elements of both electronic music (from a very wide range of styles, not just, as the term might suggest, Electro (music)) and traditional 1920s, 1930s and even 1940's Swing music and Jazz. It's earliest origins are probably in the birth of sampling (music) within popular music.

So here's a couple of examples:

And who can't forget Caravan Palace? (BTW, this song is included in the main page jukebox!)

I ran across Parov Stelar a couple of weeks ago. I also like it. And anything that brings back the swing era one more time is ok with me. :)

Agreed Jonny!

Anyone else wants to share their opinion too?

What a coinkeedink, I just discovered electroswing/speakeasy jazz about 2 weeks ago.

Here's a lovely import cd you may like, but if you want the songs in mp3 format, a lot of them are available on Amazon if you just look under the bands' names.

I can't believe I've never heard of this fucking guy. This is great stuff!

Here's about the closest to that I've discovered, a Austrian group named Waldeck who I guess I'd describe as 'trip-hop cabaret'. I quite like them.
