Dieselpunk + Steampunk Culture

Fallout 3
Designed by Bethesda Softworks

For 200 years, Vault 101 has faithfully served the surviving residents of Washington DC and its environs, now known as the Capital Wasteland. Though the global atomic war of 2077 left the US all but destroyed, the residents of Vault 101 enjoy a life free from the constant stress of the outside world. Giant Insects, Raiders, Slavers, and yes, even Super Mutants are all no match for superior Vault-Tec engineering. Yet one fateful morning, you awake to find that your father has defied the Overseer and left the comfort and security afforded by Vault 101 for reasons unknown. Leaving the only home you've ever known, you emerge from the Vault into the harsh Wasteland sun to search for your father, and the truth.

Lets be honest here.... this is one of the greatest diesel punk games ever!!

I love this game!!
What do you play it on?

I've been told that the PC version is best, but I don't have the right graphics card to run it. Found that out the hard way when BioShock came out.
I have a 360! I can't compare graphics etc as i too don't have a PC good enough!
I wish I had it. Killing people with Teddy Bear projectiles looked so fun.
Really great game... if you don't look at it like next Fallout, but like some sort od Oblivion mod. Yes, game is great and gives much fun, but it isn't even half as good as both original Fallout games. However, I must say it...

Blowing up Megaton was AWESOME :D
I have the game, love the game, and have bought almost all of the add-ons (broken steel, operation anchorage, the pitt)

Anyone up for a Nuka-Cola? I'm payin' ^^
The entire Fallout franchise is absolutely diesel I just love it! the story of Fo3 was one of the most emersing game stories i've played ( I loved the previous FO titles as well!). Bethesda is a god when it comes to RPGs, I can't wait until Fallout: New Vegas comes out, though Bethesda isn't making this game, so the developers have some big shoes to fill.

And Besides I think Butch DeLoria is now probably my favorite greaser evar! ha ha TUNNEL SNAKES RULE!
