Ah, there is just not enough reading material in this genre.
That is, unless, you are counting literature from the modernist time period. Even so, there is a noticeable difference between the "Aw, screw it! We are all going to die" attitude of the modernists and the nostalgic tendencies of this genre.
I love this comic! can't wait for issue 4! anyway Ministry of space is next on my shopping list once this has finished!! possibly dieselpunk??
i wish there was more of this style... its just so good!!
The cover kind of looks like Megaton...before I blew it up, that is. Dad was not pleased, to say the least.
I just bought a few issues and am looking forward to reading them. They're on my nightstand -- right next to Gotham by Gaslight.

Read this last week- love the comic but have been wondering on classification - its space opera/ Its Noir/ and it has environmental elements of Dieselpunk.  No matter ...still a great read.
