Just thought that I'd pass on this little tidbit.

Great news! Now us Dieselpunk parents can see it too!

Iron Sky wasn't nearly as good as I'd hoped it would be, but the Moon Nazi sets and tech were visually awesome.

Only reason I learned about "Iron Sky" on Netfix was because my son-in-law stumbled over it and gave me the Heads Up! Don't know ~ Why ~ they hide things like that. ???
I too was rather disappointed with the reviews giving so much over to ~ "Laughed all the way through the movie!" ~ like it was a GREAT comedy. Got ~ maybe ~ a chuckle or two out of the slapstick and puns, but not much more.
I was VERY IMPRESSED with the visuals!!! . . . But I couldn't help but feel that they were wasted by the final product. Sure wish that these guys would have gone with more of a "Star Wars" like semi-serious action/sci-fi flick than the social/political "comedy" commentary route that they took. THAT could have been Very Good! Now, unfortunately, I think that anybody who should attempt to do so in the future will be finding themselves compared back to "Iron Sky". No matter how much better their product should turn out.
