Dieselpunks

Dieselpunk + Steampunk Culture

It's been a while since I posted here, but I was busy working on a new project called "Nights In Noir". Like some of you may remember, I like to sing - especially old crooner songs. I also like the 'Noir genre' so I thought that combining both could make for some fun.

It's my humble way of trying to combine both past and present like dictated by the Dieselpunk ethics.

I want to specially thank Stefan Prohaczka for the incredible artwork and for being a motivator in the project!

So, without further delay. Here's Philip Marlow...

I'm looking forward to your comments and or remarks!

Encore!

I enjoy your singing voice, but the backing guitar could use a little something to make it sound more full. Otherwise, great work!

Thanks Tome, I will definitely look into your suggestion for the guitar sound. It's hard to figure out such things on my own, after playing it over and over again there tends to be a certain mental blindness. So a set of fresh ears, does make a valuable opinion.

You have an amazing voice! I definitely hope you post more soon.

Thank you for listening Amanda. I'm glad you like my voice! There will be more soon, just need to fine tune some things a little more before I release it on the web.

Stay tuned!

You sound fantastic! Move over Michael Buble. I felt like I was sitting in a lounge in Las Vegas with a martini in hand.

Thank you so much Larry, I like your Las Vegas reference. Las Vegas in the old days sure was somewhere to be, the people where well dressed and mingled with the stars.
