Not Quite Punk has a soft up tempo guitar driven jazz, swing, rock, blues, funk variety. NQP’s style is a matter of synergy, making the whole greater than the individuals. The mixture of Brian’s jazz influence, Reese’s
melodic soloing, Thomas’ enormous bass lines and Myles’ vast drumming styles and
skill makes for a truly original sound that will appeal to audiences regardless of age.
Most of their music is original, but they flourish on some oldies, like Sweet
Georgia Brown, Five-foot Two, Eyes of Blue and other classics which are
always crowd pleasers. Show tailored to your venue size and layout, Amplified or
acoustic or anything in between. NQP will work with you to make this a great
experience.
