Looking local for fashion

I am looking for a local, within 100 miles, business, tailor, or seamstress to help me create my look. I am in San Antonio, TX (So someone in Austin is a yes, but Houston would be a no), and am in need a no fewer than 3 complete "daily wear" outfits, and one for a "black tie" event. I prefer to not buy directly over the net, as sizing can be off, and I would really prefer someone in San Antonio so alterations, if needed, would be a might bit quicker. Are there any recommendations?
