Mayor Joseph Ronan

The city of Titan is the result of Joseph Ronan's dream and monomania for rebuilding America during the height of the Depression.  There was no area in the original city that was not a part of his overarching vision and determination.  Since primary construction ended two years ago, no one has seen from Joseph.  The city runs smoothly as expected, but there is no news from the man whose face you couldn't escape just a few years back.  Rumor has it that he fell to the curse he thought was going to end his life, while others believe he had a breakdown from the pressure of building such a city and he now haunts the outskirts as just another face in the crowd.

Inspiration: Joseph is an amalgam of Henry Rearden from Atlas Shrugged, artist Ralph Stackpole, and Walt Disney at the end of his life while planning EPCOT Center.

Organized Crime

The five families hold most of the power in Titans underworld but there are many smaller gangs that operate on smaller levels. When such groups become larger or gain more influence one of the Five Families will either gain control of them of crush them out of existence. While the Five Family's try to maintain peace they are always trying to push each other out and gain control of their networks. The Five Families are, the Malatestas, The DiLauro family, Russo clan, The Fabbrocinos and the Licciardi family.

• The Jackson Twins - Gorilla-esque thugs who act as muscle for Toothpick Billy. (DECEASED)

Suey Sing Tong

Not the largest or the most powerful of Titans criminal groups but easily one of the most violent. More then one thug who had the idea that moving in on Chinatown would be easy was found hanging on a steal hook at the Bamboo Market.
