Dieselpunk + Steampunk Culture
A double-barrel 45mm grenade launcher. The barrels move backwards against a spring within the rear of the receiver, keeping recoil at a reasonable level. It is, of course, entirely fictional, but built with several parts of actual weapons.

Oh, and it's wearing a Bren gun sling.
If you're interested: the buttstock is from a German machine gun; the grip and trigger assembly from a French machine gun; there's a Springfield rifle swivel; the fore stock is from a Winchester 1897 pump shotgun; and the folding leaf sight is from an M203 grenade launcher. The breech mechanism was created by 3D printing; the receiver, recoil system, barrels and barrel hinge were all made "from scratch". The shells were made from acrylic tubing and plastic domes.
