"Yep I remember Heavy Metal fondly. That was a rare case of being able to see animations by some of the top illustrators of the day. People like Richard Corbin, Bernie Wrightson and Moebius got to show us what comic art could attain."

"Thanks. I did some research and found out the aircraft is a Curtis C-46. It was originally designed as an airliner in 1937, but almost all of them were converted to cargo and saw extensive action in all theatres during WWII."

Airship Cover Art

My publisher just sent me the cover art for Crazy Taylor, my new novel. It features a funky airship, a 1930s twin-engined tail-dragger and the two lead characters.http://masteranthonystevens.com/2010/04/02/crazy-taylor-has-cover-art/I'm doing an extremely undignified happy dance!See More

I'm going to be participating in NaNoWriMo for the third time. My project this year is a Steam/dieselpunk adventure/romance novel set in the early stages of WWII.
I've also been fairly active on the Steampunk Empire.
Feel free in chatting me up sometime.

Good Review for Crazy Taylor

My steam/dieselpunk novel has just garnered a good review!

http://masteranthonystevens.com/2010/11/27/crazy-taylor-review/

This has to flavor of an old 1930’s movie plot, with brave adventurous pilots and braver women. It’s reminiscent of a Saturday
Morning movie serial, that keeps you asking, “And what happens next?”
