The picture could also have been titled RATP, for Reseau Aerien de Transport Public... For anyone outside Paris, the acronym RATP actually does exist : this is the Paris Metro Company. It means Regie Autonome de Transport Parisien (Independant Company of Parisian Transportation), though, and not "Aerian Net of Public Transportation". Too bad.
