Dieselpunk + Steampunk Culture
Every reform movement has a lunatic fringe.
While researching personalities for the tenets of dieselpunk culture quotes, I thought it would be fun to smash some diesel era figures with '70s and '80s punk art. It's a great project for our visual artists, and I'd love you guys to steal this idea and run with it. I'll start a new gallery in the photos area where we can share what we come up with.
This particular piece is a prototype I just finished. I plan to print it onto an iron-on sheet and make a cloth patch out of it for my messenger bag.

Churchill and Eleanor Roosevelt are in the line up, but Patton and FDR would be fun to do as well.
