Lights out, everybody.
On Miskatonic Mondays we celebrate the "weird" fiction of HP Lovecraft and the genre of otherworldly horror it spawned.
Today's tale of the otherworldly comes from the enigmatic Troy Morgan. In his short film, Musical Recordings From the Realm of the Dead, four separate individuals at the dawn of wireless technology become accidental collaborators in a musical composition that is pieced together through radio waves.
While not necessarily Lovecraftian, it has the right time-period, mood, and spooky strangeness to fit right into the world HP created. Plus, it involves Nikola Tesla and real history. Who doesn't love that?
