The June Pilsner's Picks Are Up And Spinning On The Old Victrola

Pilsner's Picks may be going on hiatus in July because I'm moving (for the first time in seven years), and I might be using a laptop for a while. Without my PC and the external hard drive that holds the Picks Archives, I can't post any MP3's to my web host for downloading.

But that's a month away, and in the meantime, the June Picks are here— including a real rarity this time, a George Gershwin tune performed by a very young Fred Astaire, his sister Adele, and last but not least, Gershwin himself!

Captain's Log, Supplemental: I'm sure that all of the long-deceased members of the Mills Blue Rhythm Band would be delighted to know that this record that they made eighty years ago is such an enormous hit in 2014 on Pilsner's Picks: 1,089 downloads in two days, that's pretty impressive!

Either that, or my web host's download stats counter has gone completely meshugges... I suspect the latter.
