For Blake and everyone else who's interested, I'm looking around for a new web host because of my old one's Snafu (and I don't mean Private Snafu, although I suspect that he might be running the show over there). I've put the page on hold for now; but it's still not exactly dead, and I hope to get the ol' Victrola cranked up again by May 1st.

I've been getting some suggestions, and I might put an "embedded" music player right on the main page. I've seen this this thing, and its sound quality is very good, but I'm not sure whether it's going to work yet... I'm no techie, and it's always a pain whenever I have to make any changes on Blogger. So, stay tuned, folks!

So does this mean if I missed out on picking up Pilsner's Picks for April, I won't have another chance to?
I'd really hope not to be missing a month of Picks. I need my fix, sir.

If that's my only choice, Tome, I'll take "shady as hell." I'm kind of shady myself... right out of a Dashiell Hammett novel. But seriously, the internet used to be about the free exchange of ideas and information. Not any more!

Good luck with that.  I've been searching for years for a place to host legal MP3s.  The only places available are either shady as hell or super expensive.
