I see that you've downloaded quite a few tunes from Pilsner's Picks, so you really do miss your monthly "fix!" This technical mess I'm dealing with is like a Hydra with three heads, and I'm not a software expert, I'm the kind of guy who just wants things to work.
Also, I like to keep the song list up for a full month, so even if I get everything fixed in the next few days (which is doubtful), I'm not going to post any MP3's until May 1st. I've never gone off the monthly schedule in ten years, but now I have no choice but to take a little vacation!
There's nothing like seeing that movie in a period theater that's for sure. The whole thing started late so the panel didn't go that long but it was great hearing everyone talk especially the director, Joe Johnston. He talked a little about the Rocketeer but He also talked about Captain America. They even had the latest trailer for Captain America that is supposed to debut online today. After the movie they had filled one of the floors of the hollywood museum with props from the movie. That was really cool, there was a small like 1/5th scale Gee Bee racer and several rocket packs and outfits from the movie. Everyone that saw the movie got a commemorative program and a rocketeer patch. Definitely worth the ticket price.
Cool! Glad to hear those guys are still alive and kicking. Some of the older games (namely Battletech and Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries, to my knowledge) are being released for free through Mektek.
Damn, I remember someone asked me about going over for a con but I can't remember when it was.
Bone as in actual bone. I carve it, I'm working with wood at the moment though. Learning basic whittling techniques as my power tools are packed away until I've found a workshop space.
Writing from work so I'll have to run off again. The costume lokos great :D
I haven't done much in the past. I want to do something pretty full on for next years though, now that I have the time, money and space to get things done.
I work primarily in bone though I'm hoping *crosses fingers* to get in some metal and leather working classes by the end of the year. I do everything around a full time job so it can be a little restrictive with other commitments.
Your photo makes you look like the long lost brother of a local. Matt A, gorgeous guy. Unfortunately not out and about much these days cause grabbing a photo of the two of you would be fun. Is there much left on for the con season over there?
I go to the cons as part of a friends business so mostly tend to meet and talk to Anime fans. I'm hoping to make next years with my own wares to sell though which will change who I'm dealing with pretty drastically (YAY!).
You should come over. We're a lot of fun and don't bite. Honest.

I don't, sadly.
